Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the high value of our inventory, all packages are shipped via insured carriers with signature confirmation required upon delivery.
Can I return a graded item or a rare collectible?
To maintain the integrity of our inventory, all sales of 'Slabs' and 'Rares' are final. Returns are only accepted for apparel items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached within 14 days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred by their local government.
How are high-value items packaged?
